Although always inclined towards spiritual pursuits I began my devotions to spirituality after an intense spiritual awakening at 17 years old.

My Kundalini Shakti was then awakened through shaktipat by a siddha guru at age 24. This led me on many extended journeys through India and South East Asia studying with several great masters who trained me in the esoteric teachings of Yoga, Tantra, and Vedanta as well as Taoism and Buddhism.

I started teaching online by creating my own yoga school named Tripura Yoga, where I find great spiritual and personal meaning by sharing the knowledge that was so generously shared with me!
