I'm your instructor, Devatma Saraswati.

I have spent years immersed in authentic yogic and tantric practice, with deep roots in the Satyananda tradition and direct study in India.

My teaching bridges traditional theory and practical clarity, helping students understand subtle yogic knowledge in a way that is both spiritually faithful and immediately applicable.

Do I need previous experience with Prana Vidya or yoga?

No. This course begins with the foundations and guides you step by step, so both beginners and experienced practitioners can benefit.

What if I do not feel prana strongly at first?

That is completely normal. One of the main purposes of the course is to gradually awaken your sensitivity so you can feel and work with prana more clearly over time.

What if I cannot attend the live Zoom sessions?

All live sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the Student’s Portal. You will receive lifetime access to the recordings, so if you cannot attend live, you can still go through the full training at your own pace and revisit the material anytime.

How much time will I need outside of class?

The course is designed to be practical and sustainable. A short daily practice done consistently will create the best results.

What kinds of results can I expect?
