Welcome to Sri Mantra (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any of our services — including online courses, live Zoom sessions, pre-recorded teachings, or community spaces — you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Refunds: Case by Case Basis
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We understand that individual circumstances may arise and we review refund requests in good faith within the policy windows below. If you enroll through a 7-day free trial and are charged at the end of the trial but still wish to opt out, you may request a refund within 72 hours of the charge; requests submitted after 72 hours are not eligible. For live courses and workshops, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase; if more than one week has passed, no refund will be issued. For pre-recorded courses where the entire course material is available immediately after purchase (such as master courses), refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. To request consideration, please contact us as soon as possible with your account email, the product purchased, the date of purchase/charge, and a brief explanation so we can review your request promptly and fairly.
2. Ownership and Use of Zoom Recordings
All live Zoom sessions may be recorded for educational, archival, and promotional use. By attending a Zoom session, you agree to the following:
You grant Sri Mantra, Devatma (also known as Trevor Binnall), and the Sri Mantra staff full rights to record, edit, distribute, sell, or publish the footage, including your likeness, name, voice, or video presence if your camera or microphone is on.
These recordings are the exclusive intellectual property of Sri Mantra and may be used at our sole discretion, including for resale or public distribution.
You waive any rights to compensation, royalties, or approval.
You may not record, download, share, or distribute these videos without written permission. Unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property & Teaching Restrictions
All course content — including lectures, meditations, written materials, and guided practices — is protected by copyright and owned solely by Sri Mantra.
You may not reproduce, teach, translate, adapt, or repackage any part of our courses or teachings unless you have been explicitly authorized during a teacher training program.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Violations may result in legal action and immediate removal from the program without refund.
4. Community Behavior & Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain a respectful, supportive atmosphere in Zoom sessions, WhatsApp groups, and any associated communities.
You agree not to:
Promote your own products, services, or content
Spam other members or send unsolicited messages
Engage in harassment, bullying, or inflammatory behavior
Disrupt live sessions with off-topic or intentionally distracting commentary
Violations of this code may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
5. Payment Terms
For participants on a payment plan:
During the trial period, you have 48 hours to correct a failed payment before access is restricted.
After the trial period, you will have 7 days to bring your account current before permanent access is revoked.
No extensions or exceptions will be granted beyond these periods unless arranged in writing.
6. Access Duration
Participants receive lifetime access to pre-recorded materials via the Student Portal at https://my.srimantra.org, unless otherwise stated. "Lifetime access" means for the lifetime of the platform, not your personal lifetime, and Sri Mantra reserves the right to update, replace, or retire course content at its discretion.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may be delivered through or supported by third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel and Zoom. By using our services, you also agree to their respective Terms of Use where applicable.
8. Health and Medical Disclaimer
The practices taught by Sri Mantra — including Yoga Nidra, Prana Vidya, and other meditation or yogic exercises — are not substitutes for medical or psychiatric care.
Do not use these practices as replacements for medication or treatment from licensed health professionals.
Consult with a qualified provider before beginning if you have a medical condition, mental health concern, or are under treatment.
Participation is restricted to adults aged 18 or older.
9. Modification of Terms
Sri Mantra reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We encourage users to check this page regularly. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Collier County, Florida.
