A twelve-week, practice-centered Prana Nidra training that gently awakens sensitivity to the energy body and teaches you how to guide prana with clarity and care.
Each Sunday you enter deep rest while cultivating precise inner perception—learning to recognize the five vayus, sense nadi flow, attune awareness to the chakras, and safely “raise and store” prana.
The progression is methodical and compassionate: you build capacity week by week, repeat the guided session during the week, and journal to make insights tangible.
As your awareness of the subtle body sharpens, you learn to influence the pranic currents that help govern the body’s major systems and to skillfully channel emotions and nervous energy into a steady, restorative flow.
This training develops practical self-regulation—enhanced inner peace and clear control of your inner state—while introducing a beginner’s pranic healing method to replenish depleted areas.
You’ll cultivate day-to-day vitality, manage your energy intelligently, and experience naturally uplifted, lucid states of mind by learning to keep your prana calm, buoyant, and balanced.
🔹 A structured twelve-week path to perceive prana clearly, balance the vayus, and refine inner awareness.
🔹 Guided Prana Nidra each session, then repeatable MP3 practice during the week to deepen sensitivity and stability.
🔹 Progressive exploration of nadis, chakras, and “raising & storing” methods with clear safety cues and pacing.
🔹 Practical integration through simple journaling prompts, so experiences become repeatable skills you can trust.
🔹 A compassionate container that meets you where you are while preparing you for further Prana Vidya study.

🔹 Most people run on “background prana”; Prana Nidra trains clear awareness of the pranamaya kosha to enhance your quantity and quality of bioenergy.
🔹 Once you can sense energy, you can influence it—energy flows where the mind goes!
🔹 Emotions are energy in motion (E + motion); turbulence is undirected prana you can now guide into steady flow.
🔹 Notice early pranic blockages that may precede discomfort or illness and redirect circulation consciously.
🔹 Build reliable self-regulation: calm nervous energy, stabilize mood, and choose your inner state.

🔹 The pranamaya kosha bridges body and mind; when prana steadies, thoughts and physiology follow.
🔹 Improve pranic circulation to nourish organs and cells, supporting vitality and overall resilience.
🔹 Learn beginner-friendly pranic healing to replenish depleted areas and dissolve stagnation safely.
🔹 Keep energy calm and buoyant for clarity, uplifted mood, and daylong sustainable power.
🔹 Low energy correlates with low mood; balanced, abundant prana naturally feels good—bouyant, clear, and elated.

🔹 Practioners of energy work who want a safe, structured entry into sensing and guiding prana.
🔹 Practitioners who enjoyed my free Prana Nidra sessions and are ready to go deeper with a clear progression.
🔹 People navigating stress, anxiety, or emotional turbulence who want reliable self-regulation and inner calm.
🔹 Yoga teachers, healers, and therapists seeking embodied understanding of vayus, nadis, and chakras to enrich personal practice.
🔹 Seekers of Prana Vidya foundations who want step-by-step “raising & storing” methods, beginner self-healing, and lifetime practice resources.
Devatma Saraswati lived with Swami Satyananda (2008–2009, Rikhiapeeth Ashram, North India) and was initiated into Prana Vidya in 2008. His style is clear, practical, and life-affirming.

When I discovered Devatma, I followed him exclusively for a while. But when I joined the first course, I discovered not just an encyclopedia, but a true master of what he taught. I appreciate not only the abundance of information, but also the support I received afterward—and perhaps most of all, the spirit of the teaching. I recommend him from the bottom of my heart!

Devatma is a great teacher and delivers with deep knowledge and intuition and is very supportive and encourages you to participate and ask questions and he can always answer the enquiries without hesitation- giving you confidence that he just knows! Finally, I believe he is the Guru we all need to support us on our journey to uncover our authentic self and find our true purpose in this life time. He is very giving of his energy and it is a joy to be in his presence- even on zoom. I would also recommend the Yoga Nidra and Antar Mouna.
