Yes, each live session is recorded from start to finish and archived in the Student's Portal within two hours of completion.
Our live Zoom sessions generally run 60–90 minutes, with slight variations depending on the program. Each begins with a 10–15 minute introduction and overview before the first meditation.
There are no asanas in this program. We are utilizing authentic meditations from the tradition of Shakti Tantra. Therefore, all levels are welcome. A daily yoga routine is given in the 14-Day Afterglow Integration Plan, which you can adapt as needed.
