Antar Mouna offers a profound six-step process of inner purification. This guided course teaches you to witness thoughts, release suppressed emotions, and awaken silent awareness.
Through systematic self-observation, the mind becomes transparent, and silence becomes alive—revealing the presence that exists beyond all mental activity. Ideal for sincere aspirants seeking depth, clarity, and spiritual self-mastery.
You will explore the first two stages of Antar Mouna—awareness of external sound and spontaneous thoughts. These foundational practices sharpen the witnessing faculty and initiate the process of non-reaction and inner clarity.
In stages three and four, you consciously stir mental impressions and observe emotional patterns as they rise. These practices purify hidden layers of the psyche, reveal repressed chronic tension, cultivate detachment and develop the capacity to witness oneself without judgment.
Antar Mouna meditation cultivates inner silence and heightened self-awareness, while its integration with Atma Vichara—the most direct path to Self-realization—guides you beyond thought and identity into the direct experience of your true, unchanging nature.
When I discovered Devatma, I followed him exclusively for a while. But when I joined the first course, I discovered not just an encyclopedia, but a true master of what he taught. I appreciate not only the abundance of information, but also the support I received afterward—and perhaps most of all, the spirit of the teaching. I recommend him from the bottom of my heart!
I am a follower of Devatma's Yoga Nidra practices and his courses on spirituality. They are eye-opening and offers vast knowledge in the spiritual world. His caring for the students and answers for any queries regarding the subject is unmatched. The speciality of SRI MANTRA is that it offers theory and practices together and makes you experience the bliss and deep relaxation. Practices helps overcome chronic illness, trauma, anxiety and insomnia problems.
Devatma is a great teacher and delivers with deep knowledge and intuition and is very supportive and encourages you to participate and ask questions and he can always answer the enquiries without hesitation- giving you confidence that he just knows! He is very giving of his energy and it is a joy to be in his presence- even on zoom. I would also recommend the Yoga Nidra and Antar Mouna.
