Practice vertical breathing and Ujjayi Pranayama to enhance energy flow and deepen the meditative state.

Week 4: Heart Space Breathing
Focus on cultivating heart space awareness through breath, opening the door to deeper energetic healing.

Week 5: Finding Your Center
Explore spinal breathing combined with Ujjayi pranayama to awaken and balance the subtle energy pathways.

Week 6: Developing Perfect Stillness
Learn to integrate the Hamsa mantra with breath, extending awareness to the point within the heart where the breath originates and dissolves.

Week 7: Deep Psychological Purification
Use breath to meditate on the distinction between the self and the mind’s contents, cultivating deep introspection.

Week 8: Meditating on the Self as Awareness
Explore the Self as pure awareness, beyond the mind, using breath to access a serene and expansive state.

Week 9: Experiencing Bliss in Mental Silence
Integrate all practices to experience bliss and tranquility through deep mental silence and refined breath awareness.

A bit about me: I’ve been deeply immersed in the practice of Yoga Nidra for the past 16 years. I had the rare opportunity of living with Swami Satyananda Saraswati and learning directly from his senior disciples while living at his ashram in Rikhia, India, from 2008 to 2010. For the past sixteen years, I’ve been leading and training others to teach Yoga Nidra and have shared its therapeutic benefits with the world through my YouTube channel, which has over 15 million views. The profound potential of Yoga Nidra continues to amaze me, and I’m thrilled to explore its incredible synergy with Breathwork in this course.
