Over the course of 12 weeks, from October 4th to December 20th, 2024, we will dive deep into the art and science of Yoga Nidra—a practice that has touched my life in ways I can hardly describe.

For those of you who don’t know me, I had the incredible honor of living with Swami Satyananda, the originator of Yoga Nidra, during his last days at his ashram in Rikhia from 2008 to 2010. It was there that I received formal training in Yoga Nidra from the senior Swamis of the Bihar School of Yoga.

Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to this practice, and it’s been my privilege to share it with millions through my YouTube channel, which has garnered over 15 million views.

Now, I’m opening the doors for you to join me in a comprehensive 25-Hour Yoga Nidra Teacher Training.
